JUDGMENT

The name of the petitioner did find a place in the rank list published by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Nevertheless the petitioner was not advised for appointment for want of notified vacancies in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner has been working in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation as empaneled conductor for long. He seeks regularisation in service relying on Exhibit P5 judgment in W.P.(C) No.21484/2013 and the judgment in W.P.(C) No.10536/2014.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Exhibit P6 representation which is pending consideration with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Exhibit P6 representation with notice to the

W.P.(C) No.8368 of 2015 petitioner. Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
