JUDGMENT

The contentions of the petitioner are two fold and they are as under:

i) The pay revision arrears effective from 1.3.1997 have not been disbursed.

ii) The period spent as leave without allowance prior to 10.06.2010 has to be reckoned for pension.

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Exhibit P4 representation with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Exhibit P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of.
