Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to his right to challenge the notice issued under Section13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstructions of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act before the appropriate authority. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for challenging the notice issued to him under Section 13 (4) of the Act.
