JUDGMENT

The petitioner is only aggrieved with the non-consideration of Ext.P1 application pending before the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the instructions received on 28.04.2015, submits that the application is still pending.

3. In such circumstances, the petitioner shall approach the first respondent on 09.07.2015 and the first respondent shall give a date of hearing within one month from the date of appearance and dispose of the same at any rate within one month from the date of hearing afforded.

The writ petition is disposed of.
