Vinod Chandran, J.
The petitioner is the wife of the 4th respondent and has filed this writ petition seeking for police protection apprehending that the 4th respondent and his henchmen would interfere with the property, which was gifted to her by the 4th respondent and also posing threat to her life.

The 4th respondent, who appears through Senior Counsel would submit that he does not intend to interfere with the possession of the property nor does he intend to cause any bodily harm to the petitioner.
The said submission is recorded and if at all the petitioner has any grievance, she can approach the appropriate authorities for redressal of her grievance. The writ petition would stand closed accordingly.
