JUDGMENT

The application for variation of regular permit stands allowed. But the varied permit has not been issued till date. The same can be issued subject to the settlement of timings. The timing conference is slated on 22.04.2015. 2.

I direct the respondent to settle the timings and issue the varied permit expeditiously. The same shall be done on or before 30.04.2015 in the circumstances. The varied permit shall be issued with tentative timings in case the same is not settled in the meeting on 22.04.2015.

The writ petition is disposed of.
