Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the party respondents in view of the order being passed. 2.
By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner without any hindrance from respondents 3 to 7. Respondent No. 3 is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner. The relation between the husband and wife were strained and the matrimonial disputes are pending in different courts including a complaint before the Magistrate Court filed by the wife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that appeal is also pending before this Court.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the wife obtained an order of residence in the house from the Court of the Magistrate and she is residing along with her two teen aged daughters. Petitioner who is an 82 year old lady has come up with the Writ Petition.
4. Learned Govt. Pleader further submits that no threat or any incident did take place and in fact this petition is a sequel to rd respondent.

5. In view of the fact the issues sought to be raised in the Writ Petition cannot be entertained, no direction as prayed for can be granted. We only observe that in any event, if there is any any breach of law and order, the police shall look into the matter and do the needful.
