JUDGMENT

Ext. P3 order granting regular permit to the petitioner has become final. Ext. P3 order is not subject to any settlement of timings. This is presumably because the petitioner was operating on the same route earlier. Such operation as per Ext. P1(a) timings was ofcourse on the basis of Ext. P1 temporary permit.

I direct the respondent to issue regular permit to the petitioner in terms of Ext. P3 order. The petitioner shall be permitted to operate the vehicle accordingly on the basis of Ext. P1(a) timings. The timings are liable to be revised in a timing conference to be convened hereafter. The issue of regular permit shall be done within a period of three days. The writ petition is disposed of.
