Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the party respondents in view of the order being passed. 2.
By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the first respondent to render adequate and sufficient police protection to the life and property of the petitioner, her daughter and her two year old grandson. Petitioner's case is that on 20-1-2015, the private respondents have entered into the house of the petitioner and inflicted injuries with regard to which a crime has already been
W.P. (C ) No. 8550 of 2015 registered as F.I.R.No. 95/2015.
The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on the basis of the first information report, the accused were arrested and they have already been chargesheeted. It is further submitted that a direction was issued under Sec. 156 Cr.P.C. and after enquiry a cross-case has also been initiated.
Be that as it may, a crime has already been registered, the police shall keep a constant vigil and ensure that law and order is maintained.
