JUDGMENT

The petitioner has been put in charge as Principal of the Moothedath Higher Secondary School. The petitioner submits that in the light of Ext.P5 Government Order, he is entitled to be put in charge as Principal-in-charge. However, the proposal of the Manager has been turned down by the Regional Deputy Director of Higher Secondary Education based on the complaint made by one Sri.Radhakrishnan. The petitioner points out that the approval was granted by Ext.P4 order. Challenging Ext.P7 orders, the petitioner has approached the Government by Ext.P8. The only request made before this court is for an early disposal of Ext.P8. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass

W.P.(C) No.8555 of 2015 2 appropriate orders on Ext.P8 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and the afore-noted Sri.Radhakrishnan, who is working in Moothedath Higher Secondary School within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
