JUDGMENT

The petitioner is presently working as Chauffer Gr.II in the High Court of Kerala. The petitioner had availed Leave Without Allowance (LWA) for the period from 16.11.2005 to 10.11.2011. Thereafter, he rejoined the service on 11.11.2011 as Chauffer Gr.I. However, as per Ext.P1 order, the petitioner's promotion as Chauffer Gr.I was revoked and he was placed as Chauffer Gr.II. The petitioner points out that his juniors were given promotion as Chauffer Gr.I with effect from 3.3.2012. as per Ext.P2. The petitioner highlighted his grievance by Ext.P3 before the respondent. The only request made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner

W.P.(C) No.8559 of 2015 2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
