JUDGMENT

The petitioner objects to the operation of a generator in the neighbourhood by respondents 5 and 6. The petitioner asserts that such operation is without sanction and causes air and noise pollution. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation to the fourth respondent.

I direct the fourth respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation within a period of three weeks. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6. A site inspection shall be conducted by the fourth respondent with notice to the parties prior to the hearing. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
