JUDGMENT

The petitioner submits that his father died on 24.11.1991 while working as Science teacher in the 5th respondent school. The petitioner submits that he became major in the year 1994 and he made application within time under compassionate scheme before the 5th respondent. The petitioner now submits that the vacancy of Clerk is likely to be created in Higher Secondary Schools due to allocation of new pattern and therefore, he is eligible to be appointed. The petitioner has made Ext.P2 representation before the 5th respondent. The only prayer made before this Court is for an early disposal of Ext.P2 representation.

Therefore, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on

W.P.(C) No.8569 of 2015 2 Ext.P2 representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
