J U D G M E N T

The variation of regular permit was granted by Ext.P2 proceedings. This is however subject to settlement of timings. Ext.P3 application proposing a set of timings was filed on 25.6.2014.

2. More than 8 months have elapsed since the proposal of timings was made. The petitioner should therefore be issued the varied permit with the proposed set of timings. The timing conference shall also be convened within a period of two months. The proposed timings is subject to the settlement of timings in the timing conference.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
