JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders and take necessary steps on the Ext.P1 representation submitted by the petitioner to remove the water connection drawn through the property of the petitioner without his consent, within a specified time.
ii. To issue any other writ or direction appropriate in the circumstances of this case."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider and finalize on Ext.P1 within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. In veiw of the limited extent of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one month'
W.P.C. No. 8694 of 2015 -2from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
