JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents not to stop Homeopathy practice of the petitioner. ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing or compelling the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue Homeopathy practice of the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions that absolutely no instance of harassment is there from the part of the police in any manner with regard to the profession or practice of the petitioner as a Homeopath. It is stated that there was some earlier instance, which required interrogation involving some other issues and the same does not have any connection with regard to the practice of the petitioner as aforesaid. The above submission is recorded. No further orders are called for with regard to the reliefs sought for. The writ petition stands closed accordingly.
