JUDGMENT

The petitioners seek promotion to the post of Chargeman (Auto). Their contention is that Ext. P2 judgment has no bearing on the question of their promotion. The first petitioner has filed Ext. P3 representation with the first respondent. 2.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext. P3 representation with notice to both the petitioners. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners are free to produce a copy of the writ petition along with the judgment before the first respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of.
