JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
This writ petition is filed for police protection. It is inter alia contended by the petitioner that he is a member of the Jacobite Syrian Christian church and that the 3rd Respondent, without being properly elected as contemplated by 'Sabha Constitution' is obstructing functioning of the rituals being conducted in the matter. He refers to various other criminal proceedings which are pending. The issue apparently relates to the management of the properties of parish church.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 6th respondent that there is no issue as projected by the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader also submits that after the interim order has been passed by this Court, there has been no untoward incident reported. In the said circumstances, we do not think it necessary to pass any further orders in the matter.
W.P.(C) No.11419 of 2013 This writ petition is accordingly, closed.
