J U D G M E N T

The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-.13 J/3132 in the route Peravoor-Kuttupuzha-Manikadavu-Thaliparamba.

The timings of the service was last settled on 25-4-2013, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P1 dated 28-2-2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the revision if any

W.P(C) No. 8821 of 2014 made will be subject to any further revision in accordance with Circular No.D3/875/STA/2005 dated 08.11.2011. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
