J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who had availed of a loan from the respondent company and defaulted in repayment of the same, has approached this Court aggrieved by the steps taken by the respondent bank for recovery of the loan amounts. In the writ petitoin, the prayer of the petitioner is to permit her to pay the defaulted amounts in installments so as to regularise the loan.
When the matter was taken up for admission today, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank that the petitioner has since paid the defaulted amounts and regularised the loan. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank, the writ petition is closed making it clear that the petitioner shall continue to pay the monthly installments in respect of the loan amounts as per the original loan schedule.
