JUDGMENT

Proceedings are pending on the file of the first respondent in terms of Section 16 of the Indian Telegraph Act. Both the petitioner as well as the third respondent have filed objections deciding the routes. It is for the first respondent to decide the routes through which the electricity line could be drawn. 2.

I direct the first respondent to take the proceedings (68/632015 DDI/ADM/1415) to a logical end. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
