JUDGMENT

Petitioner was appointed as HSA (SS) in S.N.M.Higher Secondary School, Purackad, an aided school, as per Ext.P1. The said appointment order was rejected by the District Educational Officer. The petitioner filed a statutory revision before the 1st respondent as per Ext.P4. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P4 revision by the 1st respondent .

2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the Manager, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
