JUDGMENT
The petitioners have approached this Court feeling aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to extend the benefit of Provident Fund Scheme and also seeking for a direction to the first respondent to declare the probation of the petitioners after completion of the period of probation.
2. The petitioners rely on the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.624/2013 in the similar matter. In the light of that judgment, there shall be directions to the respondents as follows:
i). The first respondent is directed to declare the probation of the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. ii). The respondents are also directed to implement Exts.P5 and P6 and to extend the benefit of Provident Fund Scheme to the petitioners with effect from the date of
introduction of P.F. Scheme in the organisation. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, Judge.
