J U D G M E N T

The petitioner contends that registration of a new milk society is getting unnecessarily delayed. The meeting for the formation of the promoting committee has not been convened as yet. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 representation with the second respondent.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
