JUDGMENT
The variation of a regular permit has been granted by Ext. P1 proceedings. But the same is subject to the settlement of timings which is yet to be done. 2.
I direct the respondent to settle the timings and issue the varied permit. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The varied permit shall be issued with the proposed set of timings in case the timings are not settled within the time stipulated.
The writ petition is disposed of.
