JUDGMENT

The above writ petition was filed seeking provisional affiliation for the year 2013-14. Counter affidavit filed of the University also indicates that for the said year, provisional affiliation was granted by order dated 14.05.2013, pursuant to an order of this Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the University that the University only grants provisional registration.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous, leaving open the contention of the petitioner, if at all it survives in any of the subsequent years. Parties are left to suffer their respective costs.
