J U D G M E N T

The petitioner alleges violation of the permit conditions by the second respondent in the matter of operating stage carriage service on the route Thoppumpadi-Cherthala with KL 17/B 473.

Ext.P2 complaint filed by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent as well as the third respondent.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 complaint with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
