J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks clearance certificate in respect of his vehicle KL-45/J 6696. The petitioner in other words wants to keep his regular permit under suspended animation. Ext.P2 application filed in this regard is pending consideration with the respondent.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The respondent shall specify the time limit within which the vehicle shall be replaced for the regular permit to be put to use.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
