J U D G M E N T

The petitioner subscribed two chitties. Petitioner has approached this court challenging the revenue recovery proceedings initiated on behalf of the KSFE to recover the chitty amount.

This writ petition was filed in the year 2008. This court passed the following interim order.

"Standing counsel takes notice. There will be an interim stay as prayed for for two months on petitioner remitting Rs.25,000/- within one month from now. H/o."

If the amount remains unpaid, the petitioner is given 2 months time from today to discharge the entire liability. If petitioner fails to clear the amount within the time stipulated, the respondents are free to proceed against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
