JUDGMENT
Petitioner is the son of an abkari worker, who died on 30.4.2011. Petitioner seeks consideration under a welfare scheme introduced by the Government to employ the dependants of the abkari workers. Petitioner is said to have submitted an application as early as on 6.8.2012 before the third respondent. No response having been received, there is a further application filed at Ext.P4 dated 10.3.2015. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits that consideration has to be made by the first respondent and not by the officers of the Board. In such circumstance, the third respondent shall forward the said application to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from today and the first respondent
W.P.(C)No.9263 of 2015 -:2:- shall consider the same, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
Writ petition is disposed off.
