JUDGMENT

Ext.P2 proceedings granting regular permit has become final. But the same is not issued owing to the non-settlement of timings. I direct the respondent to settle the timings and issue the regular permit within a period of one month. 2.

The petitioner was earlier operating service on the same route on the basis of Ext. P1 regular permit. The same timings (if not alloted to another) can be adopted to issue the regular permit on adhoc basis subject to settlement later. The regular permit with the proposed timings as above shall be issued within a period of two weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of.
