JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate Writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application for issuance of purchase certificate pending before him as S.M. 192/2015 and pass orders within a specified period.
b) Grant such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fir and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2.
The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits, on instructions, that the petitioner's application is of the year 2015 and that a lot of applications are pending consideration. It is also stated that, the petitioner application will be considered within shortest possible time, at any rate within six months.

In the above circumstances, after hearing both the sides, this Courts finds it fit and proper to direct the first respondent to
W.P.(C) No. 9278 of 2015 : 2 :
finalize the proceedings forming the subject matter of S.M.No.192/2015, after completing all the formalities, including issuance of notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the first respondent for further steps.
Writ petition is disposed of.
