JUDGMENT

The Malayattoor - Kodanad bridge is to be inaugurated on 28.03.2015. The petitioner wants to have an inaugural run of his stage carriage also. Applications for the regular as well as the temporary permit are pending. The Grama Panchayath has already passed Ext. P2 resolution for the need for such services. The bridge has also been certified to be roadworthy by the Executive Engineer.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext. P3(a) application for temporary permit. The same shall be done within a period of two days from today.

The writ petition is disposed of.
