JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks clearance certificate in respect of her vehicle - KL-02/Q 1856. The petitioner wants the regular permit to be kept under suspended animation. 2.

I direct the respondent to issue the clearance certificate as sought. The respondent shall specify the time limit within which the vehicle shall be replaced by another.

The writ petition is disposed of.
