JUDGMENT

Ext. P2 application for renewal of Ext. P1 regular permit supported by Ext. P3 application for condonation of delay is pending. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed Ext. P4 application for temporary permit to be dealt with under Section 87(1)(c) of the Motor Vehicles Act. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P4 application as if the same is one for 20 days duration. Such a temporary permit shall be issued to the petitioner if there is no legal impediment. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. Ext.P2 application along with Ext. P3 application shall also be dealt with in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
