Shaffique, J.
The petitioner, being the Managing Partner of Ticona Technologies at Manjeri conducting courses in Computer Hardware, Net Working etc., has approached this Court complaining of the obstruction being created by respondents 3 and 4 and their men in the matter relating to conduct of institution. It is submitted that they have registration from the Karnataka State Open University and several students are studying in the said institution. When the examinations are going on, the respondents 3 and 4 are creating obstruction by trespassing into the institution and shouting slogans. Complaints were given to the police for providing adequate protection and since no action has been taken in the matter, this writ petition has been filed.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that on the request of the petitioner, the police has provided adequate protection and the examinations are going on. No untoward incident has been reported.

Having regard to the fact that appropriate directions had already been issued to the police to provide adequate protection to the conduct of the examinations by the petitioner in the petitioner's institution, we do not think it necessary to pass any further order in this writ petition.
