J U D G M E N T
Shaffique, J Petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection. It is stated that the 3rd respondent is harassing the petitioners and is indulging in illegal activities by which petitioners apprehend loss of life. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the interim order passed by this Court on 10/05/2013, 3rd respondent is keeping quite. 3.
Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, we direct the 2nd respondent to ensure maintenance of law and order and also to keep constant vigil on the activities of the 3rd respondent.
