JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached the 2nd respondentDirector of Public Instructions by Ext.P2 revision challenging the approval granted to Smt.Katharine V.K. as Headmistress of the School. In this writ petition the petitioner seeks for a direction to the 2nd respondent for an early consideration of Ext.P2.

2. In view of the above facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aforesaid Katharine V.K. and also to the 3rd respondentManager within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
