J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was granted regular permit on 30.10.2014. Since issuance was delayed, the petitioner was before this Court by W.P (C) No.7827/2015, which was disposed of by Ext.P3 judgment directing convening of a proper timing conference within three months as also directing issuance of permit on the proposed timings, if timings are not settled within the time provided.

2. Now, the petitioner has approached the authority with a temporary permit application on the ground that there is festival in the area. In such circumstance, it is only proper that the temporary permit application be considered within a period of one week from today and the same be issued on the proposed timings, at least for the period covering the festival.

Writ petition is disposed of.
