JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as Physical Education Teacher in St.Mary's High School, Thiruvampady in Alappuzha District. Petitioner's grievance is that his appointment was not approved. He submits that he is entitled for approval from 2/6/2008 onwards. Approval was declined stating that the Manager is not executed a bond. Aggrieved by non approval of his appointment, the petitioner filed Ext.P8 revision before the Government. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Government for early disposal of Ext.P8.

2. In view of the above facts, there shall be a direction to the first respondent Government to consider and dispose of Ext.P8 revision, after hearing the petitioner and also the Manager of the school, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
