J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 application.

The said application is one under Section 28A(3) of the Land Acquisition Act. The petitioner seeks re-determination of compensation in accordance with law.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of this judgment.

3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the Writ Petition with the judgment before the first respondent for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
