J U D G M E N T

The Joint Registrar has by Ext.P1 order directed an enquiry to be conducted under Section 65 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act. The said order has been challenged by the petitioner in Ext.P2 appeal. The petitioner has sought for interim relief in the appeal filed under Section 83(1)(j) of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act.

2. The Special Government Pleader points out that Ext.P2 appeal itself can be disposed of on merits if it is in order.

3. I therefore direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 appeal provided the petitioner has complied with the statutory formalities. The appeal shall be disposed of with notice to the affected parties within a period of two months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
