J U D G M E N T
Heard.
The learned Public Prosecutor has reported that the investigation has already been handed over to the CBCID HHW-1 Kollam Sub Unit on 04.12.2014 and presently the matter is being investigated by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, HHW-1, Kollam. Matters being so, there is no need of apprehension that there would not be any proper investigation in the matter. It is true that there was lethargic attitude from the local police in the matter, and when the matter has been handed over to the CBCID and the same is being investigated by the Deputy
W.P.(C)9606 of 2015 -: 2 :- Superintendent of Police of the Crime Branch. I am of the view that by recording the report filed by the 5th respondent, this writ petition can be closed at present.
Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
