J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are head load workers who have been working under the 2nd respondent. The petitioners have filed Ext.P1 series of applications for registration under Rule 26A of the Kerala Head Load Workers Rules, 1981. Aggrieved by the non-consideration of their applications, petitioners have approached this Court with the above writ petition. The only prayer is that the said applications be considered and orders passed in accordance with law. Hence there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to issue notice to the petitioner prescribing the date of hearing and pass final orders on the applications within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
