JUDGMENT
The petitioner as well as the second respondent have sought for revision of their own timings. A timing conference may be required since the interest of other operators are also affected.

I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 and P2 requests for revision of timings. The same shall be revised in the timing conference convened within a period of two weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of.
