JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is faced with revenue recovery action initiated by the respondents seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 objection that has been filed by him in terms of the provisions of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the official respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 objection preferred by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Recovery steps initiated against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance till such time as orders are passed by the 4th respondent as directed and communicated to the petitioner.
