JUDGMENT

An application for renewal of Ext.P1 regular permit is pending. Ext.P2 application for variation after curtailing the route is also pending. It takes within his fold the prayer to convert the service to 'Limited Stop Ordinary Service'. Both these applications shall be dealt with by the first respondent soon. The exercise shall be completed within a period of two months.

The second respondent shall in the meanwhile consider Ext.P3 application for temporary permit. The same shall be considered for twenty days duration in the curtailed route. The exercise shall be completed within a period of one week.

This Writ Petition is disposed of.
