In this writ petition filed on 21.4.2008 the then President of the Kottayam District Co-operative Bank challenges the decision taken by the respondent to supersede the managing committees of the societies included in the final voters list published on 17.4.2008. It is not in dispute that the term of the Board of Directors elected pursuant to the impugned decision has come to an end and another Board of Directors has been elected. The supersession of the Board of Directors of the member banks does not affect the petitioner personally. In such circumstances, I am of the opinion that the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. P.N.RAVINDRAN, (JUDGE) vps
