JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks revision of his own timings to operate stage carriage service. Ext.P2 application for revision as well as Ext.P3 proposal of revised timings have been submitted. The same deserves to be dealt with in accordance with law.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and Ext.P3 proposal expeditiously. The same shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
