J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"(i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction calling for the records leading to Exhibit P1 order and quash the same;

(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P2 complaint and pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner; and (iii) Issue such other reliefs as this Court deems fit to grant in the nature of this case."

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the grievance has already been projected by way of Ext.P2, which is pending consideration before

W.P.(C) No.9786 of 2015 the 1st respondent and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the concerned respondent to consider the representation within the shortest possible time.

4. After hearing both the sides, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other contesting parties, if any, including the 3rd respondent, which shall be done at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Further changes, if any, shall be made with regard to Ext.P1 without delay, if so necessitated, pursuant to the order to be passed by the 1st respondent.

5. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
